Feedback Expertise Jesse. One word: WOW! Drive line snatch is all but gone! Throttle response (both up and down) much more linear. Performance at 70K is now better than it was when I bought the bike at 22.5K! So far, no suggestion of the stalling problem, either -- probably thanks to the proper rerouting of the gas vent line. I've done my best to bring on that phenomenon (put on close to 200 km today) with no hint of it. Kudos to you for your fine work! FredJesse has been my motorcycle mechanic from the first time I owned a BMW motorcycle, first as the Head Mechanic at Motor Sports World and later as the owner-operator of Premier Cycle Service. He has serviced my 1999 R1100RT, my 2000 Suzuki SV650S and my 2000 R1150GS; my wife’s 1985 Honda Shadow 500 and her 2003 BMW F650GS; and our daughter’s 1984 Honda Nighthawk 450. I use Jesse’s services for my family’s motorcycle repair and maintenance needs because I respect his expertise, professionalism and responsiveness. I trust his judgement and like him as a person. Jesse has always provided me with personal service whether as an “employee” or an “independent”. He has a friendly style and is always ready to talk and help me understand my motorcycle issues. His motto could be “Your bike is my bike” because that’s the standard he brings to the service he delivers. And now through Premier Cycle Service, he brings his service to my own home. I consider Jesse to be a quality motorcycle mechanic. I consider Jesse to be a friend. Don Dobson Being at the right time and the right place. Jesse's Premier Cycle Service is certainly one of the best thing that happened to the Ottawa motorcycle scene. What a pleasure to have a professional, competent, courteous and punctual mechanic come at your door to take care of your pride and joy. Michel Dozois Where service is personal. I've had the opportunity to make use of Jesse's services on a couple of occasions in 2004. The level of dedication that is given by Jesse is bar none the best example of caring and dedication that I've seen in my 22 years of motorcycling. You know your bike is in good hands when Jesse can tell you what was done to your bike in the past. I encourage all riders who want great service to take the time to know Jesse and his services. A toot of the horn (bike's way of saying thanks)to you. Jean Chiasson I have taken my bikes to Jesse McGrath for some time now. His work is methodical and meticulous. When I first had my old boxer serviced by him, it was amazing how much more power and response he got out of it with a simple tune up. He does things right the first time, takes the time to do things properly, is very reasonable in his pricing and has things done on time. He brings out the best in a BMW, but he has worked on Annie's Suzuki with equally sterling results. Trusting your bike to someone is akin to trusting your life to someone. I know, because sloppy mistakes like forgetting to reattach brake activating rods, and installing tires backwards by former mechanics have almost cost me my life on two occasions. I know I can trust Jesse, he takes the time to do things right, double checks his work constantly and takes real pride in his craft. I live a long way from his shop, but I would not think of going elsewhere for any service. Gerry Fast Premier Cycle brings a top quality, knowledgeable factory - trained BMW technician to your door. Mobile service is becoming an essential service in many markets and Jesse McGrath sets a very high standard indeed. He gets the job done, and done right. David Makin When I am on a long solo ride of several thousand kilometers, I want the confidence that my bike is up to the task. Last year Jesse prepared my bike for a ride to southern Utah and back. My 2002 R1150GS ran with more power and provided significantly increased fuel range, and was trouble free. Jesse's service provides me the confidence and peace of mind I desire. He is, simply put, the best BMW bike mechanic in the region. His personalized, professional, adn service oriented approach is unequalled. I recommend him most highly. Rod Monette Bike is running like a Swiss watch. Difference is night + day. Howard Yegendorf I just wanted to thank you again for servicing my bike. I don't think it's run better. I rode to Montreal with two other bikers and my bike ran flawlessly. Dave Rogers Thanks so much for the excellent 10K service on my R1200GSADV. What a huge difference! The engine is much quieter and pulls smoothly with more grunt from 3,000 rpm on up with no valve chatter. Your attention to detail, courteous service and timely delivery will keep me coming back again and again. Mike Hendley With almost 30 years of motorcycle ridership and ownership has come a great deal of exposure to vendors and service providers with widely divergent expectations from mine. Sadly the majority of these companies were operating under a customer service code of conduct that was the equivalent to "Hey, what did you expect? Perfection?" In many cases it seemed that their technicians were focused on getting the job done as quickly as possible with as little personal pride as possible. Fortunately I was introduced to Mr. McGrath's talents while he was employed with MSW, in Ottawa. His depth of technical and professional knowledge, unwavering attention to detail and customer centred attitude was impossible to miss and a joy to observe. He has served me as a consultant and mechanic to my complete satisfaction. Saying that he "wrenched" my 02 RT and attends to my 05 GS Adventure is an understatement. Jesse McGrath cares about the bikes he maintains and their owners as if they were natural extensions of himself. May he stay in this area as long as I am riding on two wheels! He has my strongest endorsement. Peter T Campbell Jesse, thanks again for going over the bike.. it just feels better to have those small tweaks done by a professional. The new tires really feel good. Jim Morris I just wanted to shoot you an email to say my bike hasn't run this well in a long time. Not sure what you did in the 30,000 K service, but it's shifting smoother than I can ever remember. Scott Blaylock Just a short note to thank you for the work you did on my LT at the end of last year. You performed the major periodical maintenance required at certain mileages and it’s as if a new bike came out of your shop. I rode over 18,000 km during the summer of 2010. And, even if I was quite happy with the performance of the bike before your work, I was amazed by its performance and behaviour after your work. I really appreciated your impressive knowledge about the bike, your willingness to share your knowledge and your attention to details. I feel much safer riding my bike now, because you gave it a thorough review. For instance your tuning of the gear shifter avoided me many problems that could have had serious consequences. Thanks again
